The dining experience at Texas de Brazil is unlike any other. A menu based on Brazilian cooking traditions blended with unique Texas hospitality that make their guests become regulars. While their dining experience (and of course their menu) is outstanding, Texas de Brazil goes beyond their restaurant’s walls to make a positive impact in their surrounding community. They are the largest authentic churrasco brand restaurant in the world and they are using that exposure to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with a special charity luncheon.
The luncheon will happen, Saturday, Oct. 20 from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Texas de Brazil – Dallas. According to St. Jude’s press release, “During the event, guests will enjoy lunch provided by Texas de Brazil and have a chance to win great prizes through the silent auction.”
The lunch kicks off with a reception at 12:30 p.m. where guests can check out the donated items and make their selections, all while enjoying a refreshing Caipirinha or sangria. Lunch will begin at 1:15 p.m. Guests can enjoy the 50-item salad area, various cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage, and choice of Key lime or banana foster pie for dessert.
There will also be a video presentation followed by a check presentation to St. Jude from Texas de Brazil. Following the check presentation, they will announce the silent auction winners
It’s important to note that 100 percent of proceeds will go directly to St. Jude! This is a great opportunity to support a great charity and organization.
