Summers has worked for the law firm since 2015 and has been in the Corporate and Business Transaction Section working with the law firm’s litigation and corporate clients. After graduating summa cum laude from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2008, Summers served as Articles Editor and Staff Member for Texas Wesleyan Law Review. In 2001, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. He focuses on representing clients in complex and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. He is also in charge of bringing in new ideas in the practice areas of corporate transactions, partnership and LLC formations and mergers and acquisitions.
