Move to Addison With Help From The Blair Group Real Estate

If you’ve ever wanted to move to the North Dallas Corridor, we don’t blame you—it’s an amazing area, if we do say so ourselves! To understand more about the current real estate market, we talked with Kelly DeLira of The Blair Group Real Estate to talk trends, country club homes and why the Corridor is a great place to buy and sell.

“We are one of the few real estate companies with an actual brick-and-mortar location in Addison,” said DeLira. “We love working with buyers and sellers in Addison! We have condos, townhouse and single-family homes all within a 4.4 square mile radius.”

Right now, DeLira said that the company only has about a three-month supply on houses—a noticeable drop from the usual six-month supply. “When they come on the market, homes under $250,000 receive many offers quickly,” she explained.

One place that is particularly popular? Homes near Brookhaven Country Club! “Brookhaven is very unique,” she said. “The fees are low, there are three golf courses, an adult and kid pool, and world-class tennis facilities. All of the homes near Brookhaven are older, but were built by custom builders. Because of the incentives provided by Farmers Branch, we are seeing many remodels and even more tear-downs.”

The Blair Group Real Estate also loves showing clients the Bonaventure High Rise. “Bonaventure is a big secret!” said Blair. “Many people don’t even know it exists. It was build ahead of its time in the early ‘80s and there is something for everyone a this location, including 24-hour concierge services.”

If you are looking inside the wonderful 4.4 square-mile Town of Addison, or its surrounding cities in the Corridor, The Blair Group can help you find the place of your dreams. Just stop by their office at 4985 Morris Avenue in Addison, and DeLira or one of the many other specialists can help you find a place to settle down. Like their website says, “There is no place like home” —we couldn’t have said it better ourselves!
