Who Are Turner, Stone & Company?

Located in the North Dallas Corridor on Park Central Drive, they are a CPA certified accounting firm that provides many tax related services. Originated on January 5, 1984, Edward L. Turner formed the accounting practice and was originally named Edward L. Turner, CPA. It was not until August 1, 1995, when joined with John L. Stone to practice public accounting, that the name was changed. Some of their key services include audit, accounting, tax, consulting and peer review services benefiting private and public companies as well as individuals.

The firm is a registered member of many different organizations, including the PCAOB, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPA’s, and the International Associations of Independent Accounting Firms.

What Do They Stand For?

This accounting firm may have won over the readers for their people first attitude! The firm feels like other CPA firms can lose sight of their clients, because they are only looking at the numbers. Turner, Stone & Company strives to be different from this, they want to put the customer’s needs in front of their own. As stated on their website, “Our focus is, and always has been, our clients, every one of them.”

Who Are the Partners?

Turner, Stone & Company currently has five, very experienced partners, Ed Turner, John Stone, Todd Estes, Larry Yurcho and Cheryl Gore. Each of these partners bring something different to the table. The firm also has twenty staffed accountants, who each help to mold and shape the company into what it is today.
