For an exotic trip that will give you some of the most beautiful views in the world, book you and your family’s trip down to Cape Town, South Africa. The port city and capital of South Africa provides waterside views of the Western Cape. So while you are planning your trip, make sure you schedule time for these three things you must see while in the city.

Table Mountain

The area has some great highs and lows. And one of the highs surely has to be Table Mountain. Whether you want to climb up the mountain or take one of the thrilling cable cars, the views that you can get while exploring Table Mountain are out of this world. Once you are at the top, you can stop for an enchanting lunch at the café. This view will be something you will not be able to forget.

Boulders Beach

While penguins might not be your first thought when you start naming African wildlife, Boulders Beach gives you the opportunity to see the famous African Penguin Colony. About 3,000 birds live in this community, so you will be able to see several different families interact in their natural state.  If you find a good spot on Foxy Beach, you will be able to get within a few feet of the beautiful birds.

Hout Bay

You cannot go to the beautiful port city without stopping by one of its famous beaches. The Cape Peninsula encompasses several beach areas looking out on the Atlantic Ocean. Almost half of the peninsula is covered in sand, so no matter where you go, you will feel like you are on the largest beach out there. But, if you want to get in the water, dive into Hout Bay to explore the area’s beautiful natural resource.
