Texas de Brazil is hosting a multi-city Grey Goose Mixology class and the Addison location will host the class Wednesday, Aug. 2. For this event, amateur mixologists are invited to join Grey Goose Vodka mixologists to sip and stir summer cocktails complemented by a wide selection of appetizers. The class includes a welcome cocktail and includes hands-on instructions to create two additional drinks including the caipiroska, a vodka-version of the renowned Brazilian caipirinha. The class begins at 6:30 p.m. and costs $35 per person.
According to the press release by Texas de Brazil, “Texas de Brazil’s team will serve appetizers during the reception-style event including Brazilian sausage, chicken wrapped in bacon, garlic picanha (sirloin), crostinis topped with goat cheese and marmalade, and Brazilian cheese bread.” In order to take part in this event, you must be 21 or older and the event will last approximately 1.5 hours. Regular dinner or salad area only dinner is not included, however, those who attend the class and dine that evening can save 25 percent on their meal and enjoy the 50-item salad area, as well as the multiple cuts of freshly-grilled meats, carved tableside by gauchos.
Enjoy the churrasco-style grilled meats like the lamb chops, leg of lamb, picanha, filet mignon, chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, Brazilian sausages and more. You can pace your dining experience by simply flipping a disc from red to green which lets your servers know that you are ready for more; and with so many choices, you may just keep the disc on green.
Tickets for this event must be purchased in advance through the event’s website; if you are interested in this event, make sure to sign up soon as space is limited.
