Summer’s favorite cocktails

Imagine yourself relaxing on a raft, surrounded by good friends and great heat. What’s the occasion missing? A refreshing cocktail. Luckily, we have a few suggestions to help you out!

The CRUcumber At Home

You can easily whip this one up at home. Hailing from Nantucket, the CRUcumber gets its name from the oyster bar CRU where it’s been a popular signature cocktail since the establishment first opened its doors. The fresh cucumber puree and lemon juice make for a drink you won’t soon put down when temperatures rise. It’s a must-have for any poolside afternoon

2 oz Zubrowska Bison Grass Vodka

1 oz Fresh Cucumber Puree

.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

.75 oz Sesame Simple Syrup

1 lemon balm leaf

Aloha Punch

This delicious glass of goodness can be found at none other than Addison’s own Ida Claire. Aloha punch is a great cocktail for an afternoon in the sun, or a way to sit back and relax after a long week. It contains hibiscus infused vodka, pineapple, lime, hibiscus cinnamon syrup, passion fruit, and cherry bitters.

Sundown

Nothing represents the season better than the Addison Ice House Sundown cocktail. Made with absolut peach, peach liquor, and white cranberry, this is truly summer in a glass. You can practically taste paradise and feel your troubles roll away with each sip.

Mojito Mule

Houlihan’s Mojito Mule is another cocktail you won’t want to pass up during the summer months. By combining Tito’s handmade Vodka, Fresh Lime, Mint, and Goaling’s Ginger Beer, this simply masterpiece puts a unique twist on two scrumptious classics.

Table 13 – Ice Cream Drinks

When you’re really looking to cool down, look no further than Table 13’s ice cream drinks. As stated on the website, “The Pink Squirrel, Velvet Hammer, and Brandy Alexander are among [their] most requested liqueur parfaits, each prepared with homemade T13 ice cream.”
