Learn about health and wellness at the expo

Wellness is so important in our day to day lives, but unfortunately, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the chaos of a busy schedule. This weekend, we challenge you to set aside time for yourself, and attend Planet earth’s best-loved wellness event, the Wellness Expo.

Taking place Saturday and Sunday, April 15th and 16th, the occasion welcomes over 100 vendors featuring products and services for mind, body, and spirit. From hypnotherapists to clairvoyants, energized jewelry to breakthrough nutritional products, those in attendance will have the unique opportunity to focus solely on their own path in life and the road to self-care and self-love.

It’s been described as “holistic, metaphysical and new age,” and it’s not hard to understand why. In fact, for first time visitors, it may appear slightly overwhelming – the big question becomes, what to see first? With talks covering past life healing, digestive difficulties, and Neurofeedback, the Wellness Expo truly allows for reflection and improvement, even when it’s least expected. You can shop, mingle, learn, play, experience a relaxing massage or reflexology all in one place. So, take a chance and follow your heart, because you simply cannot go wrong in such a positive environment.

Tickets are on sale at the door or in advance for $7 a day or $10 for the entire weekend – guests under the age of 12 or over the age of 65 may attend for free. The expo runs each day from 11 AM to 6 PM at the Addison Conference Centre, located along Addison Road. To peruse the full program schedule you can click here, or to receive more information, as well as registration information, visit the event’s website at https://wellnessexpo.net/ or reach out by telephone at 972.925.9393.

Make this weekend one you’ll be proud of, and allow yourself the pampering, rejuvenation, and excitement you deserve.
