Addison’s Got Talent: Karaoke Nights

Sing out loud at these locations

One of the great things about Addison and the North Dallas Corridor is how many options you have when you want to go out and blow off some steam. From dancing the night away to enjoying the latest movie release or simply sitting down and enjoying a glass of wine in one of the many restaurant patios that Addison has to offer. But there is another option, an option that takes a little bit of courage to do. We are talking about Karaoke. One of the funniest memories in my life is watching one of my friends get up to the mic at a karaoke night and belt out “Single Ladies” complete with all the choreography, I believe I still have that video somewhere. We’ve put together a short list of places where you too can con your friends into jumping onstage and delivering a riveting rendition of “Single Ladies” or perhaps “Ice-Ice Baby.”

The Hubs Sports Bar

Take the stage every Friday night at The Hubs Sports Bar and share your talent with the masses starting at 9 p.m. Or if you prefer, sit back and enjoy the show. The Hubs has their happy hour from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays and $3 wells from 7 p.m. to close. Check out their website for complete details.

Red Rock Bar and Grill

What a better way to get ready for the weekend than to head to Red Rock Bar and Grill for a little midweek karaoke? Come out for Black Cat Karaoke every Wednesday night from 9 p.m. to 1 p.m. Sing your favorite songs with a live drummer and Joli Kitty. Head over to their website for all the information you need about karaoke nights and follow Black Cat Karaoke on Facebook.

Addison Point

Addison Point’s “About” description on Facebook says, “Addison’s Original Sports Bar Est. 1977 Cheers by day, Karaoke and Sports by night!” That’s all you need to know! Head to Addison Point on any given night for karaoke and fun with friends. Follow them on Facebook for all the latest information and specials.
