Don’t let the time change affect your sleep

Sleeping is one of the most important things we do for our health every day. According to the National Institute of Health, getting enough quality sleep can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life and safety. However, just because sleep is something we all need and want, doesn’t mean that it comes easily. If the stress of life keeps you up at night, try one of these home remedies to get a better night’s sleep. You will feel so much better in the morning!

Take a Valerian Root Pill

Valerian Root is an herbal supplement that you can take at night before you go to bed. The natural properties in the root helps promote relaxation, so you can get a peaceful night of sleep. Sprinkling a few drops of lavender essential oil on your wrists can help you, as it has been known to help relax your body when you breathe it in. Take a Bath with Epsom Salt
