Stream to Move Headquarters to Addison’s Tollway Center

Stream Energy moves to Addison

Your favorite energy company is moving a little closer to home! Stream (formerly known as Stream Energy) announced recently that it will be moving to the new Cawley Partners building called the Tollway Center. This building is a class A office space located at 14675 Dallas Parkway.

Stream is a Dallas-based leading energy, connected life services and direct selling company. It was founded in 2005 based on a direct-selling method that revolutionized the energy industry and generated more than $7 billion in total revenue in only six states after just ten years. It is now one of the largest direct selling companies in the global energy market, and it offers energy services in Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., and New York, and it offers nationwide wireless services, protective services and home services.

“Our Stream team is looking forward to moving into our new home in Addison and becoming an integral part of the local community,” said Larry Mondry, president and CEO of Stream. “We’re building out the new space so it supports future growth and represents Stream’s innovation-driven approach.”

Mondry’s job is to create and execute the company’s growth strategy and oversee all operations. Before Stream, he was president and CEO of CompUSA for 16 years. Renee Hornbaker is the chief financial officer for Stream; Pierre Koshakji co-founded Stream and now is responsible for the company multi-state expansion program and regulatory affairs; Kelly Habbas is Stream’s chief information officer, and he oversees all aspects of Stream’s IT strategy, enterprise architecture, application delivery and operations; Dan O’Malley is executive vice president and chief products and services officer, who focuses on product expansion and development; and Jake Hadix is the chief wholesale officer, who manages the wholesale energy portion of the company, watches retail gas and electricity prices, and determines optimal hedging strategies.

The Tollway Center Stream is relocating to is a six story, approximately 200,000 square foot office development that contains a rooftop gathering space, cafe, fitness center, open-air rooftop patio and amenity-rich interior. Stream is expected to complete the move to the new sleek, modern workspace in March 2017. Welcome to the neighborhood, Stream!
