What has the company done to help employees outside of the office?
Grand Homes offers its employees free fitness memberships to our on-site fitness center, company-paid educational seminars, as well as Grand College–a comprehensive sales training program featuring some of the most respected sales trainers in the industry. Additionally, Grand Homes’ Culture Committee, Grand Beginnings, provides assistance to employees who are undergoing difficult life circumstances, whether providing meals to employees undergoing medical treatment or helping to raise funds to assist with employees’ medical treatments.

Besides the free fitness memberships and excellent training programs, Grand Homes offers paid vacation, paid holidays, profit sharing, company matched 401(k) contributions, bonuses, contest prizes and trips, company paid life and long-term disability insurance and generous employer contributions toward medical premiums. Additionally, Grand Homes has partnered with Cooper Fitness Center to offer our employees a program to save on their medical insurance premiums. We also offer an employee discount on the purchase of a new Grand Home.
What makes your company unique?
PEOPLE! At Grand Homes, our motto is “People Matter,” and we try to live up to that standard every day – our employees matter, our customers matter and our trade partners, who help us build our beautiful homes, all matter. Our Culture Committee, Grand Beginnings, offers assistance to our employees in times of need. Grand Homes sponsors family events including Family Night at Six Flags, family picnics, as well as our annual Grand Holiday Gala, a formal dinner and casino party for our employees and guests. Our employees have a servant’s heart and believe in giving back to the community, whether collecting food and toy donations, supporting both local and world-wide charities including Homes for HOPE, The American Cancer Society or the Susan G. Describe your company culture:
Providence Energy promotes an environment of teamwork with a common goal. The culture is one of friendship and comradery. Everyone plays their part and role and together it works like a well-oiled machine or a beautiful symphony.
What has the company done to help employees outside of the office?
Providence encourages our employees to continue their vocational education by paying for and providing two days per year for them to attend seminars and conferences. In addition, Providence absorbs the cost of a fully equipped fitness gym on site for use by all employees. Providence is somewhat flexible on the work day schedule, in order to try to accommodate the various needs of its employees.

Retirement 401K plans are offered. Bonuses are awarded at least once each year. Lunch is provided for the whole office two days a week, and birthdays are recognized and celebrated monthly.
Do you offer any employee incentive programs?
There is a bonus pool funded by company profits in which the employees participate. It is allocated by various factors that incentivize the employees.

Describe your company culture:
At TeksInc, clients and employees come first. We treat our clients like co-workers and friends and vice versa. We get to know our clients and their employees forming long term relationships. We live by our core values which include among others, “Always do the right thing.” We are a team inside and outside of the job where we help each other with home repair, moving, etc. The job can be pretty intensive, so we find ways to ‘chillax’, like joke and laugh at ourselves, pranks, take stand breaks, and hit the punching bag, maybe a bit of scotch after team meeting on Fridays! We know we do not know everything, so we nurture an environment of sharing, growing, coaching, questioning, and continuous learning. The core of who we are is we care about our clients and about each other.
What has the company done to help employees outside of the office?
TeksInc is a member of the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce where employees participate in various events. TeksInc sponsors employees volunteering in their choosing of community service for 2 days a year. TeksInc is a pro-life quality environment. Our employees can work from home, work around family needs, doctors’ appointments, etc. This flexibility allows everybody get the business of life done as well as work. TeksInc offers health and dental insurance, sick days, vacation days, and company matched 401k. We have a “TeksInc Café” with quick meals, snacks, Keurig coffee and drinks. Employees can use company vehicles as needed. We celebrate employees birthdays and work anniversaries with monthly lunch out of the office as a team as well frequent breakfast and lunch brought in. We have added a punching bag as our first item in the workout room.
Do you offer any employee incentive programs?
We strongly encourage our team to continuously grow and improve. We offer employees a full library of professional and technical training as well as pay for certifications. Quarterly objectives with bonus include at least one training. In addition to quarterly bonuses, an end of year bonus is given to each employee.
